As it is.
Not as we are. Or as we wish. Or as we think. Especially not as we feel.
As. It. Is.
As is really, actually is. The ability to see reality as it is, separate from our feelings, wishes, hopes, fears, desires, intentions, assumptions, guesses… that is a powerful skill.
In developing the skill of seeing things as they really, actually are, we will have given ourselves the ability to correctly interpret the events occurring in the world. This, in turn, will give us the opportunity to respond to these events appropriately, that is to mean, with the right perspective.
This appropriate response is that which is closest to reality and so, to nature.
